Bridges 2 Light was founded by a Registered Nurse driven by a deep passion for improving the quality of life for individuals in need of care. With many years of experience in the healthcare system and personal insight gained from supporting loved ones who required extensive care, our founder witnessed first hand the gaps that exist within traditional care services. These gaps are particularly evident regarding the lack of support for people transitioning between different funding streams.

At Bridges 2 Light, we address this challenge by helping consumers smoothly navigate the shift from one form of funding to another, ensuring continuity and stability in their care.
